Nquthu Star has well trained Security Officers and security experts with long term experiences others with passion. We have combined experiences of all our guards and Officers and build the strong unbreakable strategy on each and every known aspects of security.

Fana Bhengu is the well known ’’electronic whizz’’ since 2009.  at the age of 19 He found the Nquthu Star Radio system and homemade batteries. At the age of 17 He made his fame when he first revealed his gift of making beers and wines. At the age of 19 he found the Nquthu Star Radio and he is also the founder of Nquthu Community Radio known as N-COR fm.

NQUTHU STAR SCHOOL OF KNOWLEDGE

PHASES

Each class will be monitored by 3 teachers. The maximum number   of special teachers is estimated to be less than ten (10) teachers per class.

TARGET MARKET

Everyone willing to learn knowledge that we provide is the target. The school will be serving all Africans that have a right to know things and provisional knowledge. The school will be serving all ages that can learn and know. And we will serve equal gender and fair entry to all types and all kind of Africans.

FUNDS

The school depends on sponsors, payable fees and more on funds from the ownership and from the profit of sold crafts of art and crafts Learners. rather than the fees paid. Also the profits from generated art on practice.

 SERVICES

We provide more time for our fulltime students more than the part time and online students. Because subjects of studying will be divided for minimum of two(2).  subjects per consultation of knowledge.  And learning online is more privileged then day learning and part time if the learner is more committed to his or her advancement. 

Nquthu Star School will be competing with no other schools as we compared our service with the other of other schools in same community and near. As the school will be providing all different pillars of knowledge and more of the school founders practical experiments and their friends and families. 

Nquthu star provide many different knowledge and practical activities. Such as: academic, cultural, physical, spiritual/moral, social and many other types.

Nquthu Star is planned to provide simple but reliable, tested and community recommended practical and theory strategies of teaching knowledge.

FACILITIES

Nquthu Star is designed to operate in 09 class rooms, 02 offices, 04 laboratories and 03 special rooms, 01 sport field, 01 court, 01 pool, 02 hall, big 01 canteen and tuck-shop and 02 store rooms. Currently Nquthu Star operate online (on internet), home learning, learn on the go (learning on travel), we hold one place for learning at the nquthu Star home labolatory and all other communication platforms.                       

Nquthu Star is designed to operate on the following facilities

04 laboratories  science lab, production lab, Chemical lab, practice lab.

 03 special rooms late classes and special consultations, disabled learners and extremely bright learners.

01 sport field fillm production and sports.

01 court room fillm production practices and internal problems solving room.

03 Music studios. 

01 pool, 02 hall, big 01 canteen and tuck-shop and 02 store rooms. 04 laboratories and 03 special rooms, 01 sport field, 01 court, 01 pool, 02 hall, big 01 canteen and tuck-shop and 02 store rooms.

NS is also designed to have the internal electricity generation plant, water reservoirs and purification plants, waist and other recycling infrastructures.  

For now the NS operate in different locations depending on students of the operating term. Offices of the Nquthu Star are Kay Cousin room no. 28, Jah Jah Town room A5 and the Nquthu Star (PTY)LTD Vulamehlo Area (kubo ka Fana Bhengu).

STRUCTURE

Nquthu Star is the Private Company. The main aim of the Private Companies is to generate the profit while providing legal services and products. The main aim of the Nquthu Star is to generate profit from sponsors, fund providers and sell of crafts and other products of the owners and founders of the Nquthu Star and more from the profits of all products generated in the process of studying.

NS Schooling is directed by 3 active members of the Nquthu Star (PTY) LTD. 3 students of high grades classes of appointed external schools. 3 members of the community. 1 community leader. 1 teachers leader. 1 additional member. Leaders of the operating branches get a silenced seat in board meetings. And the owner of the Nquthu Star (PTY)LTD.  Chairperson of the board is selected amongst the selected board and all other sits are divided by the votes in favor of the Chairperson of the board. First members of the board are selected by the owner and the rest by those given power.

Chairperson of the board is the communicator of parents, visionary or Founder, teachers and students. And also a directorial of works on progress as agreed on the previous meetings.

SALARIES AND FEES

First teachers get selected by their capability to volunteer until the funding is secured.  All teachers are given the reasonable stipend in the first 3 months of service. After the probation of 3 months teachers meet with the selected members of the board together with the principal to agree on their salaries according to collected funds of the present year.

The salary of the head of the school is discussed with the appointed head before he/she starts working for the school.

The school has the following fees:  tuition, remedial assistance, books, transport, aftercare (conditional), outings, and examination fees.

Types of method that is used to pay the school fees is; monthly, term and annually. There are discounts on the following payments for all who paid early on their previous payments.

FREE STUDIES AND BUSARIES

The school will provide free education and free basics for students who have no parents and cannot afford to pay their fees when the school funds are stabled. Follow up and research will be made on the applicant’s background. (Research will be made according to the Nquthu Star Research form for safety and securities).

STATUP FUNDS/CAPITAL

Owners and the founders of the Nquthu Star contribute funds for the startup capital. And other Nquthu Star fields that are generating income also fund the school.

The costs or fees of our studies are decided by the calculated costs of operation for each year. (this is estimated to stand for 2 years or less, depending on the stability of the sponsors and productions of the school products.

If the learner put more focus on studies the reward of promotion to the next class comes twice a year on the first and the third terms.

The learner who failed the first/and second term can be promoted on the end of the third term if he/she passes well.

From grades three we start the direct studies for each learner to sharp him or her on the paths that we have noticed their capabilities.
